Amy Gross President
Amy joined Entech Medical Staffing in July 1997 and made the decision to expand the department's focus to include in-home healthcare. Due to her personal experience with coordinating and managing specialized in-home care, Amy's passion became immediately apparent. Nine months prior to her wedding, Amy's fiancé Jeff survived a catastrophic car accident that unfortunately rendered him a quadriplegic. As a result, Amy shares a unique and personal understanding of the commitment necessary to provide quality, skilled care- not only to the patient, but also to the family. Amy credits a substantial portion of Jeff's positive progress to the dedicated private duty nurses who've been skillfully matched with him through Entech Medical Staffing. To this day, Entech Medical Staffing continues to provide Jeff with the same care and support that has become the foundation for his confidence and healing. Along with her staff, it is Amy's personal mission to help other catastrophic auto accident survivors and their families realize that they too can survive a life altering injury, and adapt to a new 'normal'.
